This ministry is for the older teens and young adults who are looking to grow into a deeper relationship with Christ, but to do so by forming close knit relationships via small group structure.
Currently, the Young Adults Ministry meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday evening of each month (location varies).
The Teen Ministry focuses on those who are entering the 7th grade through high school. This ministry helps teens find a relationship with God, and then provides these teens the tools and education on how to strengthen and share that relationship. Retreats, mission trips, bible studies, and outings all help our Youth Coordinators relate to and educate teens.
Currently the Teen Ministry classes (Teens HOPE) meet on the 1st and 3rd Sunday after worship time during services.
Also, Teen Church meets on the evening of the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month (location varies).
Many of our youth have participated in the summer camp program called Pathways. It is located in Bellefontaine, Ohio and is run by member congregations of the Worldwide Church of God. Pastor George has served as chaplain at the camp in the past and will do so again in 2007. The next session is scheduled for June 17-22, 2007. There are two camps - a junior camp for ages 8-12 and a senior camp for ages 13-18. For details click here.
The Children's Ministry focuses on children in Kindergarten through the 6th grade. This ministry introduces children to God on a level that they can understand. Arts, crafts, music, and messages bring Christ into the lives of each individual child.
Children's Church is held on first and third Sundays at 10:30 till 12.
The Preschool Ministry is a service where pre-school aged children can have fun and be cared for durring services. Debbie Hickman also leads this Ministry.
